Exchange Policy for Product Issues

At MNA Clothing, we stand by the quality of our products. If you experience issues like shrinkage, color fading, or print design deterioration after wearing and washing, you are eligible for a free exchange, provided the issue occurs within the first two to three washes.

Important Notes:

  • Follow Wash Instructions: The exchange is valid only if the recommended wash and care instructions were followed.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept exchanges if the garment or print design is damaged due to:
    • Rough use or mishandling.
    • Ignoring the provided care guidelines.

How to Initiate an Exchange

    • Order number and purchase date.
    • Photos of the garment showing the issue.
    • A brief explanation of the problem and confirmation that wash instructions were followed.
  3. Return the Product: Once your exchange request is approved:
    • We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
    • Pack the garment securely and send it back to us.
  4. Receive Your Replacement:
    • After we verify the issue, we’ll process your exchange and ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
